How Do I Place An Order?​
Choose the item you want and enter the quantity and color (where applicable) in the appropriate boxes. Then click the "Buy Now" button to add item(s) to your shopping bag.
When you’re done shopping, click on the "Shopping Bag" in bottom corner. Verify your order is correct, and continue to the "Checkout" link. We’ll take you to a secured server where you’ll enter and confirm your billing, shipping, and payment information.

Shipping*
Shipping prices reflect products being shipped within the continental United States. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, please contact us to obtain shipping prices. We do ship to APO and FPO boxes. However, shipping charges may be higher to some locations, and some expedited shipping options may not be available to APO/FPO locations. Every time you place an order, you’ll receive an email from us notifying you of the status of your order, with a link to track the shipment of your order via USPS.
Most orders ship USPS Priority Flat Rate, and will take 1-4 business days to receive. For alternative shipping methods, please contact us:

Returns & Refunds
If your TricornE® Spool Tool does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges, within 30 days from the invoice date. Please contact us with any questions, concerns, comments, or complaints.
